While taking FaceTime calls from patients, Dr. Marcel deals with a patient who is an ex from his past. Halstead tend to an elderly patient with heart problems whose daughter, his care taker, begins to intervene. Choi and April tend to a young patient who is suspected to be abducted from a young age.
